Rental Policies

Reserve your pieces

We will provide you with a custom quote for your selected pieces, including deliver and pickup.  When you are ready to go ahead, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your pieces and the rental agreement signed and dated. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the rental date. 

Pick-up Items

If your order contains smaller décor pieces, then pickup and return can be made by appointment from our location, Monday to Friday.  You must return your items on the Monday after your event.

Delivery to venue

On orders over $300 not including our arbors or furniture, we are happy to deliver with an additional cost. We require all our arbors and furniture to be a delivery/pickup only option. Prior to your event date, we will work closely with your venue and event planner to organize the delivery.

Pickup after event

When you are all finished up, we will come and pick up the pieces.  We aim to make this process hassle free and will organize a convenient time with the venue. 

Rental Care

All items must be protected from rain and any adverse weather conditions!  Our furniture orders will contain $20 cleaning fee nonrefundable for wedding events and/or events that have guest of 50 or more.  This allows you to enjoy your event without the stress of guests having too good of a time and possible spilling/soiling on our pieces.

Vintage Rattan Wicker Rentals

Below is the weight limit per piece and MUST be under the weight limit or subject to additional fees (See Damages)

Peacock Chair – Up to 200 lbs. (only 1 person in chair)

Rattan Barrel Chair – Up to 200 lbs. (only 1 person in chair)

Rattan Vintage Chair – Up to 200 lbs. (only 1 person in chair)

Rattan Black Vintage Chairs – Up to 200 lbs. (only 1 person in chair)

Bamboo Wood Chairs – Up to 200 lbs. (only 1 person in chair)


Damaged items will be subject to additional fees.  Any damage beyond the $20 cleaning fee and/or missing items will be the client’s responsibility.  If the item is beyond repair and needs to be removed from inventory, we will access the value of the replacement cost. If the item is fixable, the client will be liable for the repair cost. Items that are lost or destroyed (unsalvageable) will be billed for the replacement item value.  All damaged items must be returned to Copper & Lace Rental.

Client’s Contract

May be terminated at any time by either party due to outstanding circumstances caused by an uncontrollable, unfortunate event.  If the client terminates contract, including event cancellation for any reason other than an outstanding circumstance, no refunds of amounts received will be given for any reason.

This contract may be terminated by Copper and Lace LLC if client fails to make payment at required deadline.

If Copper and Lace must terminate the contract due to an outstanding circumstance, deposits will be refunded, and every effort will be made to refer client to another rental company.
